Founded in 2022 by Jometra Hawkins-Sneed, a seasoned community leader and social justice advocate, Equity Bridge was born from the belief that everyone deserves equal access to health and well-being. We are here to bridge the gaps in healthcare, empower communities, and champion equity for all.

Our mission is simple. Champion equity for all. We do this by providing expert consulting services in strategic planning, community engagement, public health, and program management. We build individual, organizational, and community capacity, fostering a future where health disparities are a distant memory.

Jometra is the driving force behind Equity Bridge LLC. With over 20 years of experience in public health, community engagement, and the non-profit sector, she brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to every project.
Jometra's lived experience as a community health worker, community leader, and social justice advocate gives her a unique perspective. She understands the challenges faced by marginalized communities and is dedicated to creating solutions that address them head-on.
Her dedication has earned her numerous accolades, including being recognized as a 100% minority woman-led company and the American Heart Association Community Impact award winner from 2015-2018. But for Jometra, the greatest reward is seeing the positive impact her work has on the lives of others.
